You agree that payment processors may store payment information in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies.
We do not store full payment card information.
6. Refunds, Cancellations & Chargebacks

All fees are non-refundable once services have begun.
Setup fees, onboarding fees, and administrative services are non-refundable.
Subscription services may be canceled in accordance with the cancellation terms provided at signup.
Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support may result in account suspension and termination of services.
7. Service Modifications & Availability
We reserve the right to:
Modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time
Update service offerings or pricing with reasonable notice
Refuse service to any user for lawful reasons

We will take reasonable measures to protect client information. You agree not to disclose confidential or proprietary information obtained through our services without authorization.
10. Limitation of Liability (Underwriting Language)
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for services in the preceding three (3) months.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state in which RW Sales Group, LLC is formed, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Venue for any disputes shall be in the courts of that jurisdiction.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to services for violation of these Terms or for non-payment.
Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations incurred prior to termination.
